RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
The Equestrian Connection & FoxHuntingShop.com will allow the exchange of merchandise within 30 days of purchase with receipt. The item must arrive in the store within the 30 day period. Exchange, credit or refund amount will be based on the price paid. For return or exchange, the product MUST be in original, new condition, customers must have all original tags, all packaging must be in good condition, no shipping labels, postage, labels or any other written addresses on boxes. If product boxes are returned with any stickers, tags, labels or writing, a 30% restock fee will be charged. Shipping is not refundable.

"FREE" SHIPPING POLICY
Customers who receive FREE shipping, and returned item(s) per the stated “Trial & Refund Policies,” The following flat rate shipping charges apply. Items returned under $50 will be charged $9.95. Items over $50 will be charged $14.95. These charges will be deducted from customer’s refund/credit.

BIT RETURN POLICY
Bits may be returned following the above return policy. If you have placed the bit in your horse’s mouth to check size please let us know so we can properly sterilize it.

CUSTOM BOOT POLICY
We are dependent on you, the customer, measuring accurately for your custom boot order. The boots will be made to your specifications (online orders – put measurement in the text box; phone orders – measurements to be confirmed verbally). We are not responsible for errors in the measurements provided by the customer – NO RETURN on custom boots. In the unlikely event that the manufacturer does not produce the boots to the agreed upon specifications, we will make appropriate corrections. Please call us and we will advise you on the return procedures in this instance.

SADDLE TRIAL AND RETURN POLICY
Saddles must be returned within 2 weeks of purchase. This allows shipping time plus 1 week to try the saddle. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. You MUST keep the saddle in new condition. You may ride lightly in the saddle. You may girth it up, but you must wrap stirrup leathers (tube socks, halter fuzzies) so as not to cause any scratching on the saddle flap, and ride in breeches, NO JEANS. Use a clean pad. Ride in the saddle two or three times for 15 minutes or so. This will allow the stuffing to settle somewhat. Remember with wool stuffed saddles it does take time for the wool to “settle”, so it is best for the wool stuffed saddle to fit a bit tight when new. Please do not run the stirrups up, as this does mark the saddle. We do expect to see marks on the billets from your girth, but NO other marks on the saddle. After you have ridden in the saddle once or twice, please call to let us know whether you are going to keep or send the saddle back. If the saddle does not fit the horse or rider, you should call 877-521-3255 before the saddle is returned in case it is necessary to ask additional questions or to have you take pictures or make measurements. Please do not use Styrofoam peanuts for packing. Upon receipt of the saddle here at the store we will inspect the saddle. If these conditions are not met there will be a 30% restock fee of the saddle price.

STOCK SIZE BOOT TRIAL & RETURN POLICY
Stock size boots must be returned within 10 days of purchase. This allows shipping time plus a day to try on the boots. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. You MUST keep the boots in new condition. Please do not wear the boots out of doors, please do not ride in the boots. After you have tried on the boots, please call to let us know if you plan to keep or return them. If the boots do not fit, you should call 877-521-3255 and we will advise you on the return procedures. All product boxes must be in new condition, no shipping labels, tape, or any other markings on the boxes. If these conditions are not met there will be a 30% restock fee of the boot price.
