To benefit our valued customers, we are offering returns or exchanges on our sale items. Our customers may return sale items for store credit or exchange. We wish you a wonderful new year! If you will not be home to receive your package, you must leave a note telling your mailperson to leave the package or they will not leave it. They should leave a note for you to pick your package up at the post office should you not be there to receive it. International Shipping requires a Freight quote, call or email for quote. Trial & Refund Polices Trial & Refund Policies Exchange Policy The Equestrian Connection & FoxHuntingShop.com will allow the return of merchandise within 30 days of purchase. The Product MUST be in original, new condition, customers must have all original tags, all packaging must be in good condition (no shipping labels, postage, etc. on product boxes). **See exceptions below**. Without receipt items may be exchanged for other store merchandise or store credit. If the above conditions are not met, a 30% restocking fee applies. Please include a note with your name and if you would like a refund or exchange. **See exceptions below**. **Special Orders** Saddle Trial Policy The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. You may keep the saddle for 1 week. You must keep the saddle in new condition. You may ride lightly in the saddle. When you receive the saddle, we encourage you to girth it up, you must wrap stirrup leathers ( tube socks, halter fuzzies) so as not to cause any scratching on the saddle flap, and ride in breeches, NO JEANS. Use a clean pad. Ride in the saddle two or three times for 15 minutes or so. This will allow the stuffing to settle somewhat. Remember with wool stuffed saddles it does take time for the wool to “settle”, it is best for the wool stuffed saddle to fit a bit tight when new. Please do not run the stirrups up, as this does mark the saddle. We do expect to see marks on the billets from your girth, but NO other marks on the saddle. If the saddle does not fit the horse or rider, you should call 877-521-3255 before the saddle is returned in case it is necessary to ask additional questions or to have you take pictures or make measurements. Please do not use Styrofoam peanuts for packing. Upon receipt of the saddle here at the store we will inspect the saddle. If it is still in new condition with only girth marks on the billets, we will gladly refund the entire purchase price of the saddle. If these conditions are not met there will be a 30% restock fee charged. Myler & Mikmar Bit Return Policy These are the things you must do to satisfy our Myler & Mikmar Bit 100% return policy *. Shipping costs will not be refunded. CLEAN BIT PRIOR TO RETURNING 1) Include all original tags with the returned bit. 2) Include a copy of your sales receipt. 3) Include your name, phone number, address. 4) If you paid via credit card, please include card type, number and expiration date. 5) The returned bit must not show unreasonable wear or damage. 6) The bit must be returned within 30 days of the original ship date. (This schedule allows for 1 week shipping to & from the buyer & 2 weeks for trial use.) *If any of these conditions are not met, you will be charged a re-stock fee of 30%.
