The Equestrian Connection and FoxHuntingShop.com will allow the return of merchandise within 30 days of purchase. To receive a full refund the product MUST be in original, new condition, customers must have all original tags, all packaging must be in good condition (no shipping labels, postage, etc. on product boxes), and the receipt. Without a receipt items may be exchanged for other store merchandise or store credit. If the above conditions are not met, a 30% restocking fee applies.
Special Orders
Includes boots, chaps, breeches, etc. that we do not normally carry, a 30% restock fee will be charged on cancelled, abandoned (not picked up within 30 days) or returned special orders.
Regularly stocked items may be ordered if the item is not currently available. This is not considered a special order and the item may be returned following our standard return policy.
Saddle Trial Policy
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. You may keep the saddle for 1 week. You must keep the saddle in new condition. You may ride lightly in the saddle. When you receive the saddle, we encourage you to girth it up, you must wrap stirrup leathers ( tube socks, halter fuzzies) so as not to cause any scratching on the saddle flap, and ride in breeches, NO JEANS. Use a clean pad. Ride in the saddle two or three times for 15 minutes or so. This will allow the stuffing to settle somewhat. Remember with wool stuffed saddles it does take time for the wool to settle , it is best for the wool stuffed saddle to fit a bit tight when new. Please do not run the stirrups up, as this does mark the saddle. We do expect to see marks on the billets from your girth, but NO other marks on the saddle.
If the saddle does not fit the horse or rider, you should call before the saddle is returned in case it is necessary to ask additional questions or to have you take pictures or make measurements. Please do not use Styrofoam peanuts for packing.
Upon receipt of the saddle here at the store we will inspect the saddle. If it is still in new condition with only girth marks on the billets, we will gladly refund the entire purchase price of the saddle.
If these conditions are not met there will be a 30% restock fee charged.
Mikmar Bit and Myler Bit return policy
These are the things you must do to satisfy our Mikmar and Myler Bit 100% return policy. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

1) CLEAN BIT PRIOR TO RETURNING
2) Included all original tags with the returned Bit.
3) Included a copy of your sales receipt.
4) Include your name, phone number, address.
5) If you paid via credit card, please include card type, number and expiration date.
6) The returned Bit must not show unreasonable wear or damage.
7) The Bit must be returned within 30 days of the original ship date.
If any of these conditions are not met, you will be charged a re-stock fee of 30%.

Boot Orders
Regularly stocked boot styles may be specially ordered if a specific size is not currently available. This is not considered a special order and the boots may be returned following our standard return policy.
Custom Order Boots
All Custom and Semi Custom Boots sales are final provided they have been manufactured according to the specific measurements that the customer provided. Custom and semi custom includes: custom calf, hunt tops, brown, polo tan & any other non stock feature.
