Measurements 5-8 are required for semi-custom boots, a tracing (measurement 1) is not required.

All measurements (1-8) are required for full custom boots.

#1 Tracing - Wearing Socks or hose normally worn, trace the outline of each foot at 90° poistion using a pencil. You must also trace under the arch at a 45° angle.
